How do the "Classic" and "Techno" hatches for tiling differ from each other?
While both hatches share the same design, the "Techno" version features hinges that can be adjusted, making it ideal for accommodating heavier tiles.
How do the "Standard" and "Box" hatches vary from one another?
While both hatches share many similarities and are often interchangeable, the "Standard" model is specifically designed for plasterboard applications, making it an ideal choice for such environments. On the other hand, the "Box" model is better suited for situations where painting is required. There are minor differences in their installation processes, but both types are compatible with use in both walls and ceilings.
Do you have a hatch for tiles with a removable lid?
Yes! The wall model for tiles is "Universal" with a removable lid , and all the floor hatches have removable lids except the APF-U Model which has struts.
How long is the shipping?
All orders placed by 3pm are shipped the following morning by Royal Mail 24 hour tracked, same service and timeframes are used for larger items (over 600x600mm), with the exception of the courier which is ParcelForce. If you require faster shipping, or would like to pick up from our London warehouse - please contact us.
Do you offer warranty?
Yes, all our hatches and access panels are covered by our 12 month no quibble warranty. Please refer to the warranty policy in the footer of the website for more details.
