How It Works (Simple & Fair)

We keep it simple — no confusing points systems or long-term commitments. Instead, we reward you instantly based on the volume you order. Our tiered bulk discount structure gives you serious value, straight away:

💥 Bulk Buy Discounts (Per Order Basis)

Minimum order for trade discount eligibility is 5 hatches in 1 order. Here’s the full tiered structure:

– 5–9 hatches → 5% discount
– 10–19 hatches → 10% discount
– 20–29 hatches → 14% discount
– 30–50 hatches → 17% discount
– 50+ hatches → 19% discount

How it works:
– Once your trade account is approved, you’ll receive a discount code that can be used at checkout. The code automatically applies the correct discount based on how many hatches are in your basket.
– Discounts apply only to the number of hatches purchased in a single order — not cumulative over time.
– You must enter your trade discount code during checkout to receive the discount.

Important:
– Bulk discounts are available only to registered trade accounts.
– Discounts apply only to hatch products (not shipping or additional services).
– Discounts cannot be combined with any other promotions, offers, or rebate schemes.
– Orders placed using bulk discount codes are monitored for returns — any returns that drop the order quantity below the discount threshold will result in partial chargeback of the discount value from your refund.

Example: If you order 6 hatches to qualify for a 5% discount but return 2, your order no longer qualifies. The 5% discount will be deducted from your refund.

Trade Account Eligibility

– You must be a registered UK business or sole trader.
– You must apply for a trade account via our online form.
– Once your application is reviewed and approved, you’ll receive a confirmation email — and only then your account becomes active.
– Only orders placed after activation will count toward your rebate total.

Terms & Conditions (The Sensible Bit)

To keep things fair and straightforward:

1. Trade discounts apply to hatch quantities per individual order — not cumulative across multiple orders.
2. Orders must be placed using your registered trade account email address.
3. Discounts code must be applied by you on checkout.  For orders paid by invoice we will apply the order amount accordingly.
4. Refunded or returned items will void the discount eligibility if the remaining quantity falls below the required threshold. In such cases, the applied discount will be deducted from any refund issued.
5. Discounts cannot be applied retrospectively to orders placed before trade account activation.
6. Discounts cannot be combined with any other promotional offers, discounts, or rebate systems.
7. HatchHub reserves the right to withdraw or amend discount tiers at any time.
