Shipping Methods
– Royal Mail 24 Hour Tracked: For the majority of our orders, we utilize Royal Mail’s 24 Hour Tracked service, aiming to deliver your products within 24 hours of dispatch. Please note, while we strive for timely delivery, we cannot guarantee a 24-hour delivery timeframe due to potential logistics variations within Royal Mail’s operations.
– UPS for Larger Parcels: For larger items, we use UPS’ 24 Hour Tracked service, again aiming for delivery within 24 hours of dispatch. As with Royal Mail, we must note that while ParcelForce is reliable, we cannot guarantee that all deliveries will occur within the 24-hour window due to external logistics factors.
Shipping Fees
– We offer free shipping in the UK for all products.
– Warehouse Pickup Option: For those who prefer to collect their orders directly, we offer a pickup option from our warehouse. There is no shipping fee for orders picked up from the warehouse.
Dispatch Times
– Weekday Orders: All orders placed by 1pm from Monday to Friday will be dispatched the following day, ensuring a swift delivery process.
– Weekend Orders: Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched the following working day, keeping in mind our commitment to prompt service.
Public Holidays
– Please be aware that postage does not operate on public holidays. Orders placed on or immediately before a public holiday will be dispatched on the next working day.
Expedited Shipping
– Should you require faster shipping than our standard services provide, please contact us at hi@hatchhub.co.uk or call us directly. We will do our best to accommodate your request based on available shipping options and additional costs.
Warehouse Pickup Details
– Same-Day Pickup: Orders placed by 1pm Mon-Fri can be picked up the same day, up until 5pm, directly from our warehouse.
– Weekend Orders for Pickup: Orders placed over the weekend will be available for pickup on the following workday.
