While it is built to withstand heavy use and harsh weather conditions, it is not certified to any formal load-bearing or waterproofing standard (e.g., BS EN 124:2015) and is not intended for use in regulated public highways or certified traffic zones. Suitability for specific applications should be assessed by the installer or project engineer.

The E‑BAKA hatch includes rubber perimeter gasket and a stainless steel keyhole cap designed to help resist moisture ingress. Get rid of those ugly Loft hatches with something sleak.

We were looking for something to replace our ugly plastic loft hatches that have been a blight on our house for 10 years.
